Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a Virtual Private Server is a challenging job. You either need to do the job yourself and commit your time to keeping an eye on your Virtual Private Server, or you need to set up a 3rd–party solution whose only task will be to watch over your VPS. And that is where our Optional Admin Services offer will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS server will be entered in our own custom server managing system, which will keep track of all the basic services. And in case of a service failure, our skilled system administrators will be notified at once and they will resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is essential – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be placed on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your VPS to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure special software on it. And if this may seem like something way too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Optional Admin Services offer, is the right thing for you. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our proficient sysadmins who will install any software or resolve any issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it is an optional feature.
